a. Call L1-CC to update
    b. No DTC and DTH unless approved.
    c. minimum  2 hours onsite upon go live
    d. departure from site:
    -30 minutes prior to your shift end (NCR)
    -1 hour prior to your shift end 
    e. arrival for DTC shall mean 8:30am for Makati 
    9:00 am call for NCR
    6:00 am  for Luzon (car)
    L2 calls are managed since no preapproval means zero charges to end customer.
